How do I password protect my AWstats?
- There currently is no way available for customers to protect their AWStats by themselves. Only a system admin can protect the AWStats directory. To request to have the AWStats directory protected, please submit a support ticket at http://support.globat.com/ticket/ with the following information:
1. domain name
2. desired username
3. desired password
How long do you keep my stats and log files?
- Stats are available for every month since you created your account. Daily log files for use in third-party software are available for download for 2 months before being rotated on our servers.
Will I be able to look back at statistics month-to-month and year-to-year?
- Your AWStats are available for all months since the creation of your account.
Can I access my statistics without logging into the GCC?
- Your statistics can be accessed by using the following link: http://www.example.com/globat/webstats/
- Replace example.com with your domain name.
How often are my site statistics updated?
- The site statistics are computed and updated daily.
New Webstats System
- During the timeframe of July to August 2008 Globat.com migrated to a new system for processing webstats. When a server is migrated all stats from that point forward are found in the normal webstats link in the Globat Command Console.
- Any webstats from before the migration date will be found in a separate link:
http://www.domain_name/globat/oldstats/
- Replace "domain_name" with your own domain name.
