Phone Support Quality Survey
In an ongoing effort to improve customer support, Globat.com has created
a very brief survey about your experience with our technical support and customer
service phone agents.
Please capture the agent's name when you call. If necessary have them spell
their name so you can record it for our survey.

The results of this survey tell us what sort of things we're doing well and were we
need to focus our documentation and training efforts.
In general, unless there is terribly rude behavior by an agent, the agents don't
get disciplined based on your comments so please be completely candid. We use the
information to improve our internal information systems the agents use and to focus
our training on the most critical areas.
We believe that the result of this change will be an improvement in the quality of technical support.
