How do I configure FrontPage to publish my web site?

How do I enable FrontPage extensions for my site?

To enable FrontPage extensions, go to the following link and fill out a FrontPage extension request ticket at: http://support.globat.com/upgrade/frontpage.php
Note: Once you have submitted a request ticket, a support agent will install the FrontPage extensions for you, this process may take up to 24 hours to complete.

Why can’t I publish my site using FrontPage?

There are many possibilities on why you can not publish using FrontPage.
The most common one is incorrect login and password. Remember login and password are case sensitive. Also make sure you are using the same password and username as your FTP username and password.
There are also other errors such as, NTLM error, Proxy or Firewall protection, Bad/Slow Connection and Address/IP mistype. If you receive errors other than username/password related check to see if you have configured your FrontPage properly. Why can’t I connect to my site using FrontPage?

This usually occurs if FrontPage is not configured properly. Also, be sure to check you are using the correct username and password. The username and password should be the same as your FTP username and password. If FrontPage is configured properly, you should be able to connect fine.
