How to Access and Use GloSpamShield™
- GloSpamShield is a simple, “no-download” needed, always up-to-date spam-control solution. You may access GloSpamShield by logging into the Globat Command Console® at https://login.globat.com/.
- Once logged in, you will be on the “Home” page of the Globat Command Console. Click on the E-mail icon to access the e-mail interface.
- Next to each of your e-mail address, you will see a check box where you may select the e-mail to activate an individual account with GloSpamShield.
- Once the e-mail account has been selected, the “SPAM CONTROL” button will become active or “lit.”
- Click on the “SPAM CONTROL” button to continue on to the next where you may select the desired level. You have the options of choosing from the following levels: Low, Medium, Medium High, High or Custom.
- The “E-mail Lists” section allows you to blocking specific e-mail addresses from getting to your mailbox. You may do so by clicking “Add” to the right of “E-mail Blacklist.” If you wish, you may choose to “Delete” this address and accept future e-mails later on.
- You can also choose to immediately receive e-mails from specific senders by adding their e-mail address using “E-mail Whitelist.” Regardless of your filter level, any mail from the specified e-mail address will be delivered. If you wish, you may choose to “Delete” this address and not accept future e-mails later on.
- The final section of GloSpamShield creates protocol and delivery performance by creating special rules and behaviors. Using the drop-down menu, you will be able to select the degree of how strict or simple e-mail from unknown senders will be handled.
