What is the maximum file size image I can insert into the image gallery?

The maximum size is 1 MB (megabyte). We don’t recommend anything over 1 MB (megabyte) because it may slow your browser down.

Can I use Frontpage or Dreamweaver to modify the GloBuild pages?

No, GloBuild pages should only be modified via GloBuild. Though it is possible to attempt to modify GloBuild generated pages with these tools, it is not recommended.

How do you add a page?

Log into your Command Console at https://login.globat.com. At the top of the console page, select the GloBuild link. At the first GloBuild page, select the Edit Website link. Now under the Edit Your Content heading select the link titled Menu of the Site. Each line filled in and checked here represents a page on your GloBuild site. If all lines are filled and checked, you cannot add more pages to your site. If there is an open line, give the page a title on that line, check the box next to the line, and click update. This will add a new page to your site.

How do you delete page?

Log into your Command Console at https://login.globat.com. At the top of the console page, select the GloBuild link. At the first GloBuild page, select the Edit Website link. Now under the Edit Your Content heading select the link titled Menu of the Site. Each line filled in and checked here represents a page on your GloBuild site. Uncheck the box next to the lines for the pages you wish to remove.

Can I preview my changes before making them live?

Yes. Log into GloBuild and go to the Edit Website section. Under the View / Publish your Site heading is a link titled Preview Your Site. Use this link to preview your changes prior to publishing.

If I already uploaded my site and decide to switch to GloBuild, will it overwrite what I uploaded?

Yes, some or all of your files will be overwritten once you use the Publish function of GloBuild.

If I decide to use GloBuild now, can I upload another site later? How would I turn off GloBuild?

If the filename for the index page of your new site is index.html, you can simply upload your new site and it will write over the GloBuild generated pages. If your index page has another name, delete the index.html file in your /httpdocs directory via FTP or the File Manager in your Command Console prior to uploading your new site.

What extra features are in GloBuild Pro?

With GloBuild Pro, you will be able to have 10 web pages and several more easy-to-use web-templates.
