Default Email AddressFrom Support Center
If you are not yet familiar with the types of Email addresses offered by Globat, please see Globat's Email overview section. When an e-mail is sent to an address that doesn’t exist at your domain, the default e-mail address captures that message. This option can be turned off as well. It can be an effective customer service tool to be able to retrieve important messages that might have been deleted should a customer accidentally type the wrong person’s e-mail prefix. On the other hand, every e-mail that is sent to a non-valid address on your domain ends up in this e-mail box. That means that there is a very strong probability that your box will fill up with unsolicited “junk” e-mail (SPAM).
![]() Click "Default Email Address" to the right of "Autoresponders." ![]() From the drop-down box, select which POP3 Mailbox you would like to be the default address.
