Los Angeles, CA - March 21, 2002 -- Globat, LLC, a Los Angeles-based web hosting company and application service provider has acquired a substantial portion of EBCI, Inc. formerly known as eToys, Inc's assets as well as Pay-For-Performance search engine SmartTraffic.com. The announcement was made today by Globat's CEO Ben R. Neumann.
